Surrounded by 290-million-year-old marble formations, the lake is steeped in legend—it’s said that a dip in its emerald waters bestows fertility.

  • Activities: Swimming, kayaking, or a scenic jungle boardwalk trek.

• Pulau Singa Besar (Eagle Watching) Witness a thrilling spectacle of nature at “Big Lion Island.” Watch from the boat as dozens of Brahminy Kites and White-bellied Sea Eagles swoop down from the skies to feed. It’s a photographer’s dream and a powerful display of Langkawi’s wildlife.
