Booking & Payments

Deposit: A minimum payment of 50% or full payment is required to secure a booking.

Final Balance: Any outstanding balance must be settled at least 3 days prior to the arrival date.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Provider Cancellations: A 100% full refund will be issued if the cancellation is initiated by us.

Guest Cancellations: Requests for cancellations or date changes must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled arrival.

Late Cancellations: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival.

Rescheduling: * Guests may change their travel dates a maximum of two (2) times.

  • Last-minute changes will not be entertained.
